Global Ports Holding received the “Best Cruise Port Operator” award at the 10th International Golden Anchor Marine Achievement Awards’ ceremony held on Saturday, September 5.
Presenting 15 awards and plaques in 8 different categories to their owners, the International Golden Anchor Marine Achievement Awards ceremony,organized by Deniz News Ageny, is acknowledged as the Oscars of Turkish Maritime Industry and has become a tradition. Global Ports Holding, the largest cruise port operator in the world, was granted “Best Cruise Port Operator” award.
Global Ports Holding received the award from Esteban Pacha, the Spanish Foreign Ministry of Transport Attaché and the founding president of IMSO (International Mobile Satellite Organization), at the ceremony where there were numerous distinguished guests from Turkey and the world maritime industry.
