Once Again Malaga Will Host Seatrade Cruise Med In 2024

The organization of Seatrade chooses Malaga for the second time to hold one of the most important fairs of the cruise sector in the Mediterranean, Seatrade Cruise Med 2024.

The international event will once again place Malaga on the world map of the sector, as cruise lines and the main top executives of the cruise sector will meet on September 11th and 12th next year.

The Malaga team, lead by the Port Authority, the Tourism Board of Malaga City Council, Tourism and Planning Costa del Sol Board, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport of the Andalusian Government, Malagaport Foundation and Malaga Cruise Port will soon begin working with the organization of the fair and collaborating partners, such as Medcruise and Suncruise Andalusia, among others.

In this way, from Seatrade organization value very positively this choice, noting that "we are delighted to return to Malaga and we look forward to working with our hosts and partners to bring together, once again, the entire Mediterranean cruise community to discuss the latest trends in the region and the entire sector in general".

Thus, the cruise industry will meet again at the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Malaga, FYCMA, which last year received more than 2,000 visitors from 78 countries, including the attendance of more than 170 cruise line executives.

In addition, more than 180 exhibiting companies participated and, according to the organization itself, the attendance figures were above the average of other years.

The success of the 2022 edition, in which attendance and participation expectations were exceeded, will be a challenge to offer professionals an event of interest to meet the demand of all the agents involved.
