A New Season starts at La Goulette Cruise Port!

La Goulette Cruise Port is once again at the forefront of the Mediterranean cruise industry, as it welcomes the start of the new season. With 5 ships already docked and more than 38 yet to come, the port has opened its doors to more than 8.000 passengers, offering them an unforgettable experience.

The first ships to arrive at La Goulette Cruise Port were the SH Diana (Swan Hellenic Cruises) and MSC Grandiosa (MSC Cruise), which brought with them more than 5.000 excited passengers from all over the world. From the moment they disembarked, they were greeted by a vibrant and lively atmosphere, as the port's village came to life with music, food, and entertainment.

As the sun rose over the port, it was clear that La Goulette Cruise Port was ready to offer its visitors an experience like no other. With its stunning architecture, charming cafés, and lively markets, Goulette Village Harbor was a feast for the senses.

For those looking to explore the city, there was no shortage of activities. From tours of the ancient city of Carthage and the stunning Sidi Bou Said to visits to the wonderful Medina of Tunis, there was something for everyone. And for those looking to simply relax and soak up the sun, La Goulette’s stunning beaches offered the perfect escape.

La Goulette Cruise Port operated through a joint venture between Global Ports Holding Plc and MSC Cruises S.A. has started its operations in May 2019. The Port features berths with a total of 657mtr which enable the port to receive the mega ships such as Oasis, Excellence and Meraglivia-plus class cruise ships. The ISPS compliant port offers services to cruise passengers with enhanced security operations. With two terminal buildings, La Goulette Cruise Port can easily handle the operations of the cruise ships.
