As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the group with an extensive and expanding global presence across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of financing solutions and the group’s financial strategy.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare detailed financial models to support decision-making. Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Active participation and hand-on involvement in large-scale international debt and equity financing processes from start to finish
• Support M&A and public procurement / RFP initiatives with financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, and during the post-acquisition integration.
• Management of existing financing documentation in terms of reporting and covenant compliance
• Reconciliation to and transition into IFRS and local GAAP accounts across regions.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years (for Senior role minimum 5 years) of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial due diligence.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling expertise.
• Experience in financing processes (bank loans, capital markets, or private placements etc.)
• Proficiency in IFRS reporting standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English with good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; strong MS Excel skills is a must.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative and high-pressure setting.
