The role of Financial Role is to efficiently and accurately oversee the financial management of the business. Typically reporting to the Finance Director.

Duties will cover the full spectrum of finance operations, including budgeting and forecasting, preparation of management accounts, cash flow management and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all Finance and accounting operations
• Keeping company books
• Manage all Accounting Operations including Billing, A/R, A/P and GL
• Manage and control all accounting systems
• Support month-ed and year-end close process
• Assist the preparation of the budget and financial forecast
• Coordinate the preparation of all stakeholder reporting, regulatory reporting, and VAT.
• Preparing Corporate and VAT returns and maintaining relevant contact with Spanish tax authorities and tax advisors
• Manage and comply will all government reporting requirements and tax fillings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary
